We collect enough to know whether Front Focus is working for people — page views, button clicks, feedback you send us. We don’t collect what you type, what your focus sessions are about, or anything else that’s actually yours.

frontfocus.app uses cookie-based analytics (PostHog) and Vercel Web Analytics to see how visitors use the site — which pages get viewed, whether the download button gets clicked, which pricing tier people look at. This traffic is routed through our own domain so it works reliably, which also means a typical ad blocker targeting third-party analytics domains may not stop it.

If you’d rather not be included, email support@frontfocus.app and we’ll exclude you, or block cookies/site data for frontfocus.app in your browser settings.

Today, the Front Focus desktop app sends us nothing. Your tasks, sessions, and settings stay in a local database on your Mac.

If we ever add anonymous usage analytics to the app, we’ll update this page first, and here’s the boundary we’re committing to now: we will never collect your task names, session content, keystrokes, or anything else that reveals what you’re working on — only counts and durations.

Bug reports and ideas you submit — including your message and optional email — go to our internal email and a private Notion log so we can read and follow up. We don’t share it beyond the team, and we don’t use it for analytics.

PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting, bot protection, file storage, web analytics), Resend (our subscriber list and notification/feedback email), and Notion (our internal feedback log). Each processes data only to provide their service to us — none of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes.
